The Shelter Watch Initiative has retrained building construction artisans to empower Nigerian youths, ensuring employment opportunities for both the retrained artisans and the youths through the establishment of Job Centers.
GOAL
With millions of job opportunities begging for attention of skilled youths in the art of building while Nigerian unemployment market is swelling by day, SWI is set to properly imbue Nigerian youths with relevant job skills (technical, entrepreneurial and employability) in order to take over from Nigerian ageing building construction artisans.
